FormBuilder and WP 2.5
Using the March 10th nightly has shown that there are some issues with FormBuilder. We will be working on getting a new version of Formbuilder out as soon as 2.5 stable is released.
We are also excited to release the update with a couple of new features as well, so it feels like an upgrade and not a bug fix.

I’ve installed 5.7 with no luck so I unistalled, then installed 5.5 FormBuilder. After activating the plugin, I go to the admin Manage > Formbuilder and I only get a message “FormBuilder Management (v 0.57)” with nothing else on the page. I’ve changed permits to 777 and also deactivated/activated with no change. I am using WPMU but installed it in the wpmu/wpcontent/plugins/formbuilder dir (all other plugins work here). Any clue what could be the cause? I can’t build forms in this condition.

Hi Jade, I don’t think MU is supported at this point but I’ll see if we can get it working. What version of WPMU are you using?
Hi Sheldon,
1.3.3 version of WordPress MU is what we are currently using. Thanks for your response. I’ve tried a few other survey plugins and they are not ready for wpmu either. You could be the first
One additional idea you might consider is to allow your form to be included as part of the comment block “optional questions”. That would be a nice integration to a blog.
Thanks for your help on the wpmu version.

Hi ,
I activate and click Manage -> form builder. I seeing blank …how cna i rectify this … with WP 2.5 ?
Thanks,
Hazman Aziz
Hi Hazman, is this a new install or an upgrade?
Hi Sheldon,
A new upgrade.
Hazman: Is the whole page blank or just below the WP admin menu?
I like the intelligence and simplicity of your form builder plugin. I would very much need, however, a ‘submit image’ field type, where people would be able to upload and send images from their computer. Do you plan to add this function in the near future? It would be an awesome help if you did!
Blessings,
Kriszta from Hungary
Hi Kriszta,
You’re the first to ask for that feature and it is quite a lot of work to support that type of thing. If it is asked for by more people and it is use to us at TM, we may take another look.
Note: If you find someone that is interested in writing and supporting a FB module to do this, we may be interested in including it in the package.
Hi, I use FormBuilder 0.61 but I don’t understand (if I can) how to insert a “checked” checkbox. Someone can help me?
Thank you.
(sorry for my english, I’m Italian)
How do I get rid of this error? The form still comes up after about 20 of these?

Does anyone know how to use a the variable that someone picked in a selection dropdown form field as part of a string in a url used as a followup page for the form? For example, if someone selects Alabama from the selection dropdown and hits the submit button, I want them to be directed to the page, http://mywebsite/Alabama. Thanks for your help!
I’m having the same problem as Jason, any hints would be cool.
