There was a time when we could open spiritual conversations with others and know that we would understand each other. Today the ground has shifted. Christians and non-Christians no longer have a common language.
It can be challenging to have a conversation with your neighbors on spiritual topics in a way that is not offensive. How can you have meaningful conversations about faith?
We want to introduce you to a new way of thinking and engaging with your world. Soul Cravings Prequel is a doorway to a conversation.
Once the conversation has started, you can discuss spiritual issues in an invitational way or give your friends an opportunity to explore further online. Our online resources are ready whenever they are.

Pray for TruthMedia’s partnerships
We are excited to be working with so many other ministries! It is the nature of internet ministry: we benefit from the on-the-ground work of other groups while they benefit from the addition, or improvement, of the online component to their initiatives. Please pray with us for some of our current partnerships, including ones with FamilyLife Canada, Campus for Christ and DMLive. Pray for clear communication, unity and patience as we learn from one another. Praise God that we are more effective in partnership with each other than we could ever be alone.

Pray for TruthMedia’s financial needs
TruthMedia, and most of our staff, rely on the financial support of Christians to do ministry. During this difficult economic time it has been challenging to gather new partners and increase our financial support base. Please pray for TruthMedia today. There are so many exciting opportunities right in front of us, and we see the impact they will have, but we do not currently have the resources to take them on. Our team is small and we want to hire more programmers, designers and editors to spread the heavy workload. Please pray that we would trust God as our Provider and would see His provision in the way of funds and staff. Pray for TruthMedia’s health needs
Please continue to pray for our team members walking the journey of illness. Pray for two of our team members dealing with different stages of cancer, and three more who have recently had surgeries and are at different points in their recovery. Join us in lifting up James especially as this is his second surgery and we are praying that it will be his last. Ask the Lord to grant wisdom to the medical teams who are caring for each of our staff and for comfort and peace for the families of those who are ill. Praise God that our team has avoided the H1N1 flu thus far; pray that we will continue to be flu-free.

Pray for TruthMedia’s resources and tools
It is not often that we pray for our computers – but we really should! As an online ministry we reply on our computers, software, servers, and a host of other programs and resources without which we could not do ministry. We take these tools for granted every day and only notice most of them when they aren’t working. It is one of the most effective ways the Enemy can thwart our efforts. Please pray for the tools that make internet ministry possible, from individual team members’ laptops scattered across the country, to the servers in downtown Vancouver that keep us operating. Ask God to protect our resources from spiritual attack so that we can continue to proclaim His Gospel and touch lives online.
