New Mentor Request

This form is for TMC Clients only, to request a non-shared mentor. A $35 charge for training will be added to your next invoice. To save $15, we suggest that they become a TruthMedia shared mentor. If you would like to take advantage of this offer, the mentor will need to fill in the TruthMedia mentor application.

By requesting a new mentor via this form, you are responsible to pre-screen and ensure the mentor is answering emails in your communities according to your preferences.
